Please tell me how you got off the last 10 pounds! I have been struggling over a year with the last ten!

Thank you for the reply.  I definitely need to do both of those.  I don't have the wiggle room to overeat here and there and still lose like I did in the beginning.  I just got a new workout dvd and  jump rope that I need to try.

And it was only like $2.50 at Walmart and it's Gold's gym brand!

Started running! Once I started consistently running the last 10 came off quickly!

I actually had to eat more calories. Sounds strange-- but that's really what helped me lose the last 10 pounds.

I ate at a small deficit, like 500-1000 under maintenance for the week and lost about 1-2 lbs for a few months to get to my goal weight. Now i am at my healthy weight and would like to lose a few more. We'll see!!! Good luck!!!
