I lost 2 pounds in one week! Thanks to my fitness pal, I've been tracking what I eat and have been making healthier choices. It's amazing the big difference it makes to change your eating habits. Even my wallet is happy, haha. I look forward to getting to my goal weight, this is only the beginning! :-)
Update#1- In January I lost 7 pounds total and for the month of February I lost 8 pounds. That's 15 pounds down! I was 181 to start and I am now 166. Yay!
Update #2- I have been updating in the replies but I thought I'd update my main post.
I am officially 162 pounds as of today 4/10/13. I am feeling so excited to leave the 160's and enter the 150's, which will bring me so much closer to my goal of 145.
Update #3- As of May 18, 2013, I weigh 155 pounds and I'm feeling pretty damn awesome :-)
Update #4- Today is May 28 and i weigh 153 pounds. Only 8 pounds to go!
Update #5- Today is June 5 and I weigh 151 pounds. Only 6 pounds to go!!! Yay! :-)
Update#6- Today I weigh 149!!!! I am so happy to be in the 140's and 4 pounds away from my goal. Ahh, I could cry right now. :')
