I don't have any body shots...I absolutely loathe them because of my weight.  MissTacoBell....if you can do it...I guess I can also, but I'm at work right now so I will have to wait until the morning to upload one :)

  before I started. This was taken in June at 163

This is in January at 151. I want to get done to 130-135. I'm currently 150! :)

I cant flip it...but im 172 as of this morning...i had gotten down to 144 but i let it creep back up...i cant find the motivation to count my calories again to get me back on track...i need to have some sort of system or i get out of control. ugh
