Welcome to Day 15 of the New Year Weight Loss Challenge!

She's Got Legs! She Knows How To Use Them!

Longer and thin looking legs are just a high heel away but truly leaner legs require work.

Women tend to spend a lot of  time behind a desk or the wheel of a car, not getting enough lower body exercise.
These exercises will help your underworked lower-body muscles, trimming your thighs and tightening your rear. Click on the links for the easy to follow illustrations.  Do two sets of each of these exercises three times a week. No gym is necessary.

eliptical. if i weight lift or any exercise specific for my legs i build muscle like a man nd look icky.

I don't mind showing off my legs. I don't focus on just my legs when I exercise. I'm currently doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred.

I have skinny legs so I don't really have to worry about that. But I do leg lifts and I work my ankles.  I love showing off my legs. But I can wear skinny jeans and they are still too big for the bottom parts of my legs. I will wear dresses and skirts though. :)

I've been trying to walk at least 2 miles a day and spend 20 minutes on the stationary bike to help tone. Although since I just found out I'm pregnant the fatigue has been making that difficult.

Do you like to show off your legs? I loved to before I got pregnant lol When I lose the weight then I'll be happy to again this year :-)

How often do you focus on lower body exercises? A lot.

What exercises do you do to tone, slim and strengthen your legs? Walking, stair climbing, lunges, squats.

I do eliptical and I do bridge and leg lifts. I do not show off my legs.

I hate my legs so I don't show them, no shorts for me after my 3 kids. I do lunges and squats to tone my legs. I work on legs twice a week
