Down 9lbs total do I need my bmr done again?

I was just wondering if I needed it done again or if I needed to lose a little more first. Here's where I'm at now.

Your BMR is 1557.

Working out 1-3 days/week, 1557*1.375=2140

2140-500=1640

To lose 1 pound per week, eat between 1557-1640 calories/day.
