Serious question.
I don't think I've noticed this before but today after I had finished an hour of kickboxing and 30 mins on the elliptical, I wiped my face with my hand (I washed them, I promise) and it was gritty and grainy....it was salt.
Is that super weird?
no, everybody sweats salt... look at guys who do hard physical labor all day. Their sweat will have a white ring around it, that's the salt....
I think that's why powerade and stuff like that has so much sodium in it, it's one of the things you sweat out.
After races, I'll have white lines around my face because of all the sweat
Well damn, I must say that was a good workout then!

Every time I workout. It hurts the skin under my eyes.
Same here. I also remember playing softball in middle school. We had to run laps around the huge ass field when it was 90+ degrees outside. By the time we were done, sweet was dripping into my eyes and it burned. From that day on, I wear some type of sweatband or hat to keep that from happening again.
when i run with a hat on, I will have sweat lines that are white. OP, you will want to make sure you hydrate yourself more.
