My goal is a pound a week, i shoukd have lost 2lbs i have actually lost 3lbs! I know it does not sound like much but i am happy. I am staying within my calories. I have been fighting an upper respitory thing so i habe not been able to add exercise. Hoping i can do that soon and lose more. Our family is super busy and finding time for anything is hard but i am determined this time!

I have many health problems so I am not allowed to exercise until I sweat.  I have been focusing on eating more veggies and plan to start walking this week.  I have lost 3 lbs just by eating more veggies
