One key factor to achieving and maintaining healthy weight loss is to change your eating habits.
Using the 'eat this, instead of that' mantra try replacing other meats, more specificially red meat, with fish at least twice a week.
Fish is generally low in calories, low in saturated fat, less expensive than beef, pork and poultry and is packed with heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids.
