Ive been doing so good but i found out this morning im expecting baby #4 can i still count calories and workout?

Congrats and yes you can. I would up your calories slightly though and if you body tells you to ease up then listen to it

Congratulations! The best person to advise you on diet and exercise is your Dr.  I rode a bicycle while pregnant with my twins.
