Now that I'm feeling better (was sick last week) and my son is feeling better, things might be back to normal!  

Monday - planning a long run

Tuesday - gym for 1-2 hours (short run & strength)

Wednesday - gym for 1 hour (strength) & trail run afterwards

Thursday - Total Body Conditioning Class (1 hour)

Friday - Total Body Conditioning Class (1 hour)

Eat clean
No sugar
Half body weight in oz of water
Count cals
2 x NMTZ - 1 done!
3 x walking an hour atleast
2 x dancing or WAH
1 x pilates
WE GOT this ladies !!

Continue to eat within my BMR. Drink my water.

Try avoiding obvious carbs like bread, pasta, rice.

Exercising again!!! I'm so happy about this! Gonna get to the gym at least 4 times this week for strength and walking. :)

Watch my carb and sugar intake

Exercise:
M, W, F: Week 2 of C25K training
T: spin class
Th: Walk son to school 3 miles round trip

Finish Week 1 of the Sparkpeople's 5k Walking Plan....Day 1 is complete.

Maybe add in some strength training this week.

Try to cut out my Dr Pepper consumption while at home.  (This is where I drink the most.  I can handle it on my work days, not my off days.)

On on that same note, increase my water consumption while at home.

Finish Turbo Jam (First time I've EVER stuck with a program for an entire 30 days!  Woo!)
