What are your goals this week?
Now that I'm feeling better (was sick last week) and my son is feeling better, things might be back to normal!
Monday - planning a long run
Tuesday - gym for 1-2 hours (short run & strength)
Wednesday - gym for 1 hour (strength) & trail run afterwards
Thursday - Total Body Conditioning Class (1 hour)
Friday - Total Body Conditioning Class (1 hour)
Workout 4 days
Finish Week 1 of the Sparkpeople's 5k Walking Plan....Day 1 is complete.
Maybe add in some strength training this week.
Try to cut out my Dr Pepper consumption while at home. (This is where I drink the most. I can handle it on my work days, not my off days.)
On on that same note, increase my water consumption while at home.
Count my caloriesFinish Turbo Jam (First time I've EVER stuck with a program for an entire 30 days! Woo!)10 mile walk on Saturday
