I subscribe to several fitness channels on youtube. Tonight, I ran into another that I just can't help but share. They are full length workout videos done by FitnessBlender. They range from low impact, to full HIIT workouts and everything in between. They also give you a link to their website with a rundown of each video, as well as tips to either make it more difficult, or less difficult, depending on your fitness level.
