I am going to take my girls and my niece bowling.. I might sneak a run in later if possible.. no gym today since the kids are out of school..

So far 30 min Jillian's Killer Abs lvl 1. My first time...it's a good workout :)

Also did Jillian's Killer Buns and Thighs lvl 1 :)

50 min on the treadmill. 4 mph, on an incline :)
