I'm Jessica I'm 24 and need a weight loss buddy!
I am at 220. I have never weighed this much before and I hate it.
Before my son I was 165 at the most usually 145-150. I want to get back to 150..

Today I am 216!

Not really. Other then giving pop up again and taking diet dots before eating. And only eating 3 times a day. Throwing out my candy stash and atleast 1 hour on my elliptical a day

You should have your BMR calculated do you know how many calories you should be consuming. If you eat too few, it will actually stall your weight loss.

I would skip the diet dots that can actually fry your thyroid and you will never lose weight.. Eat 6 small meals a day don't over cardio make sure you add weight training

Any diet pill!! They are so so bad for your body and will cause you more issue in the long run, eat healthy no prepackaged foods, drink water you will lose weight
