anybody else start to hate Jillian? I am so tired.... I am still hurting from yesterday... but I know I need to keep pushing to get the results! I over ate today so I have to do more cardio today. I need to not give into my cravings.

Yes i hated Jillian. I made it to day 11 and had to give up cause i literally couldnt move i laid on the couch all day. I'm gonna maybe try it again soon. Good luck.

lol I am thinking of taking one day of rest maybe tomorrow, that way I dont over do it. I am just going to have to be very careful with what I eat. I don't want to go over.
