i had a variety of things:
a small bowl of quinoa salad with chopped veggies, a bowl of my MIL's fresh garden beans and ACV, 1/2 avocado, a cucumber and beet salad, some chicken.

Confession... I went to Rosas and got nachos. Easily 1000 calories. I did a BAAADD thing :P. I've been having such a hard time with diet lately. I've been eating healthy for a little over a year now and I'm getting so bored with the food.
I'm baking chicken thighs and sweet potatoes and making coconut brown rice. It's a weird combo, but it's what I have, lol.
