No workout for today plus one or two more days its hydrate, rest, stretch time...I did my first 5k and half marathon this weekend in California then add on two flights yesterday and walking in between sore body here...

Knowing that my nephews were coming over and I would have much me time today I got up early and did this. (This workout is also great when it's too cold to go outside. You don't need much space to do this.)

I want to start week 2 of c25k this evening, but I don't feel well, so we'll see if I make it to the gym.
