Hmmmmm. Well, I'm off to start the weight loss journal. I'm hoping by recording this, that I will stay focused and motivated. My goal for this week is to walk 3 miles on the treadmill each day. And to stay under 1200 calories per day. Here we go! :)
Wow! Where does the time go? Weighed in this morning at 128.00....Not bad. I'll take it. Just wish it would go down just a wee bit more. I keep wondering if I'll ever see 120 again. Not really stressing over it. Would love to be at 125. I seem to be hanging around these numbers of 128-132. Eh. Not exactly something to complain about, but dang it....I've been working hard....:>)
