bitter cold

A two hour delay from the cold. Omg.
There is no snow or ice, its just that cold. Since we are stuck home I have to do the WOD in my living room which can be fun with the kids.
What at home workouts are you doing today?

So glad I'm a Southern girl.  Until it's 150* in the summer, then I hate it =)

The plan is some Turbo Jam tonight, hopefully I will feel better by then.  I hate colds.

I'm going to work on belly dance stuff- not sure if that will be today, or tomorrow though.  Early this afternoon maybe-if I'm back from the thrift store and such

I haven't been to the gym in a week!! Too sick with a sinus/ear thing. It's getting on my nerves big time.

Lol we just get negative degree winters and 110 degree summers. There is no winning here.

I actually like working out at home because when I see my floors up close and personal im inspired to clean them.

Do you have weights and all that equipment at home? Sometimes I wish I did so I could do the WOD at home when I can't make it to crossfit but all I have is a KB.

It's a blog/website of a Pilates instructor named Casey, she just came out with her first workout DVD but she has a lot of free workout videos on YouTube. On the calendar she lists workouts (from her YouTube) to do that day, each day is a different body area or full body/cardio. It's blogilates.com.
