25 burpees
25 power clean and hang
25 shoulder to overhead
25 Kettlebell swings
25 overhead weighted lunges
25 toes to bars
25 box dips
25 box jumps

not yet.. trying to decide what i wanna do... i have muscle in my back that i didnt even know i had that are sore from yesterdays work out lol but ill probably do a 10 min full body
