I have been eating Paleo for almost a month now, down almost 10lbs and have lost some inches, but just in general feel smaller and my pants fit better! They don't show off my muffin top!

Just looking for some new and fun recipes! So share your favorite Paleo recipes!!

When I am decided that cooking would take to much effort, I will do the same! Chicken breast and salad with whatever!

Oh I have so many! And I'm a serious believer in the crock pot :-)  But I'll give you my top two favorites:

Tomato Basil Chicken (Cooks in the crock pot for 6 hours)

2 lbs of organic chicken thighs

12 oz of organic crushed tomatoes

1 jar of organic tomato basil sauce (I love organicville usually founds in whole foods)

1 TBSP of Oregano

1 TBSP of Basil

3 carrots peeled and chopped

3 cloves of garlic chopped

Beef Stew:

2 1/2 cups of organic beef stock

3/4 cup of red wine

2 lbs of grass fed beef stew meat

2 celery chopped

2 carrots peeled and chopped

3 cloves of garlic

1 cup of green beans

6oz of organic tomato paste

I have plenty of more! Let me know if you need more ideas!

I don't have a very big list of recipes just yet, because I'm only a week and a half in myself.  But so far, my favorite places to get recipes have been:

The hubs made some kick@$$ salmon cakes the other night, I'll have to have him write down what he did and post it here for you.
