Whether you trot, jog or run anyone can do it. From Couch to 5k (C25K) for beginners to Marathon training for old pros, there is a running program/regimen for all levels of fitness.

jog on the treadmill sometimes. I don't run too often unless I am playing with the kids
I used to enjoy running so much. i need to start again but I cnat run more than 2 or 3 minutes now. I try on the treadmill. its exhausting. I just end up walking fast .
No. I am totally not a runner. I've done a 7k and it was the hardest thing. I've never been good at running even when I was a kid and really active it just wasn't my thing.
