I am not much of a breakfast eater. I usually just have a few cups of coffee and sometimes a bowl of cereal. I am looking for some quick, easy, healthy breakfast ideas.

I love to make quiche for dinner and then have leftovers for breakfast. :) 100 days of real food has a great recipe (I just use like half the butter she calls for) :)
I also love Peanut butter banana toast for breakfast
I usually have a whole wheat english muffin with a poached egg and a banana

Quoting simplyus642:I usually make two egg whites with one slice of toast and a tsp of apple jelly plus a cup... or four of coffee. I want to change that eventually when I start learning more about shakes with fruit and how to make them.
Thanks for all the great ideas! I ended up making myself a breakfast taco (eggs, avocado, salsa, cheese) and it was really good and filling. I actually had two but after checking the calories in MFP I will just have one next time.
