Should i do it everyday or every other? I use 5 pound weights and sometimes double them up in the same hand. So...what do you guys think?

I'd probably go for 5-6 days.  Now if it's really challenging, every other day might be good with some walking on off days?  Be sure to take at least one rest day, especially if it's challenging.

Thank u for the reply :) its actually kind of easy but i am sweating and weak afterwards lol. I always have one rest day or just a day i know im going to be walking around someplace. I think i will do powersculpt 3-6 days a week and do zumba or 30 day shred sometimes as well. Thanks for responding!
