Hello ladies, I found this group just a few days ago and I've seen great advice on it. Just thought I' d stop by and say hello. I, too, am trying to loose weight and just recently started to eat better and workout more. I will begin a journal pretty soon :)

Thank you :) I would like to loose 20-25 lbs. I just started eating better and exercising last Monday but I'm actually really excited about doing the two...combined :)
