Hello ladies, I found this group just a few days ago and I've seen great advice on it. Just thought I' d stop by and say hello. I, too, am trying to loose weight and just recently started to eat better and workout more. I will begin a journal pretty soon :)

Cool! If you have a smart phone my fitness pal makes it super easy to track what you eat!
Lost of lady's on here have it! It's super easy abs you can just scan the barcode of foods you eat instead of doing it by hand.

It's super easy! DH even does it and he hates calorie counting!
