How do you get the motivation back during these moments?
I have stopped deleting The Biggest Loser from my DVR- 20 minutes gets me off the couch!
I also try to remember that I never regret a workout, but I also feel like crap when I skip one (or get other things encroach on the time I have to do one).
Sometimes it takes nothing less than sheer force. I have almost literally grabbed myself by the collar and just DONE it.
