Well I wanted to start my dayout good.I made egg whites,thin slice of turkey and swiss cheese and tomatoes and a slice of whole wheat bread for breakfast.I went on my cable box and did 2 sessions of a 15 min cardio workout and then core strengthening for 10 mins which i had a hard time and then i finished with hot yoga(i turned on my heater and placed it directly onme)lol..thats my imitation of hot yoga and i was sweating,sweating.I rather do this for now until i have the money to go to a workout course.
Mmm, your breakfast sounds good! I might have to try that broiled, using a whole egg... Maybe add a couple of avocado slices.... Mmmmmmmmm. LOL!

I took hot yoga classes for a few months. I went from thinking everyone there was insane, to loving it. :P
