I'm a newbie...I delivered a healthy boy 4 weeks ago by c-section. I have to wait 2 more weeks before my dr will let me work out but I'm anxious to get moving and drop the pounds. I have abut 12 more pounds to lose to get to my per- pregnancy weight. My favorite activity is walking/hiking. I don't want to "diet" per se as I am committed to breast feeding for my baby's first year.
