9 mile run this morning with a 10:35 pace. Not too bad considering I was out late at the hockey game last night, ate bad and had like 4 beers. I'm trying to get ready for my next half marathon in 4 weeks and I'm hoping for a pace around 10:15

Long run day!  9 miles- my half is next weekend, so this is part of my taper (of course, nursing school id definitely comtributing to my "taper" LOL).

I wish we could run together!  LOL  Darn those 3000 miles!  I'm REALLY aggressively hoping for a 2:15 race, but even 2:20 I think I'd be happy with.  Hope you had fun last night!  What race are you doing in 4 weeks?

I know!!!! That would be awesome!! I'm hoping for 2:15 also but 2:20 is realistic. I'm running the Gasparilla Half in Tampa. Good luck on yours next week, can't wait to hear how you do!!

P.S. my competitive nature will use your time as a goal lol
