so i just recently cut out all of my juice and soda....strictly water.
my water bottles at 16.9 ozs.
i have an app on my phone that is called
"water your body"
it tells you how much water you need in a day per your weight.
my weight is 244, and it says that i need to drink 124 oz in one day.
i think that is a lot....anyone else?

Take your weight in pounds 244 divide in half =122 this its how many ounces of water you should drink if actively trying to lose weight. Change it as your weight changes

That's pretty accurate. You're suppose to drink half your weight in ozs. So I'm 145 so I drink at least 72.5 oz a day.
