Went on a 2 mile walk with my kids this morning...Now its time for a little Jillian..Im doubling up today because my wrist was hurting to bad to do it yesterday and I wanted to do it for 30 days straight. Im seriously starting to love fitting working out and healthy foods into my life.! Happy Saturday Everyone!

Great job!  Yesterday was my long run for the week (9 miles), then today was a little hilly recovery run (a little over 3 miles), followed by some core strength training.

Oooohhhh I got the Jillian Michaels Extreme shed and shred.  I LOVE IT!!
