Superfood your way to a super body!

Superfoods are food that are packed with nutrients. These foods beneficial to weight loss, but also help to improve eyesight, prevent chronic diseases and build bone. Below is a list of some of these superfoods.

How many of these superfoods do you incorporate into your diets?

I love beans.. White, black, pinto, kidney, red.. U name it .. I like them!!

i love rice (white) but hve never try brown rice... i should try it.

Pretty much everything on that list i like.

dont like pears and cant have seafood so no salmon

We eat very few of those... mainly because we are mostly Paleo these days... we don't eat beans, rice, quinoa type items very often...

I ate blueberries this morning, we eat pears, bananas, broccoli,salmon, and almonds. Dh drinks green tea, but I prefer black coffee.

I like most of those but do not like grapefruit. Bleh!

I eat all of those in my diet but I'm not a fan of chick peas.
