Hi ladies! New to this group and could really use your advice.
I'm not sure how much you're wanting to lose, but if you're trying to lose safely, I wouldn't expect more than 1-2 lbs a week. You can track your calories at myfitnesspal.com. And see if you can do some sort of at home workout... there are alot of great workouts (free) on youtube.
There are tons of DVDs that you can get at Walmart, you can also find workouts on Netflix, On Demand, and youtube.
You can also track your calories on a free site. Make sure that your diet is spot on with lean proteins, healthy fats, tons of produce and lots of water.
Fast is not effective, nor will it last. Healthy should be the goal: 1-2 lbs per week.
