I got one and I don't know what to do with it.
What's your favorite thing to do with them?
What do you suggest for a squash beginner?

I bake it just like above, cut side down on a cookie sheet. prob at 350 deg for ~ 40 min or so till it's soft enough to scoop out & mash. Sometimes if it's too dry & crumbly I add some chicken broth to help w/ the mash part. I would think you could do slices, like rings w/ some spray oil & seasoning in high heat oven for shorter time w/ tin foil draped over the top.
