 The biggest one for me is I've incorporated drinking more water in my daily routine. I have lost a few pounds and it's all good. Today I have a cold or the flu I feel miserable so I won't be online long...but I'm glad to have taken part in this challenge. I've learned alot as well as seen what I can do when I really apply myself.

all though the weight is not flying off of me like it ismy hubby. I do see that I am slimming and toning. that makes me feel accomplished

I think I did well. I learned some new recipes. And I lost five pounds! :0)

I only lost 3 lbs. But I'm good with that because I've been sick and not really able to work out or whatever. :(

I'm eating better and working out can be fun. I was at 166.3.  Today I'm at 163.3

I definitely lost over 3lb this month, probably more like 5lb. So its been great for me! After a 4 month plateau & then flu & pneumonia in Dec, adding significant activity has been key for me. Thanks for the help!

I've definitely gained a lot more motivation and a few helpful tips as well. I feel much better about working out now. Thank you.
