Started back yesterday and using My Fitness Pal to keep track of food, water and exercise...Look forward meeting others and gaining and giving support

I have a Wyatt, too! He is almost 2 :-) welcome to the group. I don't post a lot but when I do, these ladies jump right in! It's great to know you aren't alone in this journey. Good Luck!
