I'm going to the gym in the next hour and will be running/walking a 5K then doing some weights. I have a 5K this weekend and I think that will be my last run before hand.

I'm getting ready to take a walk up to the grocery store for just a couple items. I figured why waste the gas when it's less than a mile away? And when I get my little guy down for a nap, I'll be doing 30 Day Shred.

3 mile run, 15 min Primal workout I found online, 10 min abs, 5 min stretching. Maybe yoga later :)
