I loved it! I thought they were all helpful, but my favorite was let the music play.

This has been a good challenge. I am glad that I participated. I learned exercises and nutrition, recipes, and other good suggestions. Thank you Cafe MichelleP and CafeMom.

Thank you so much! I really enjoyed this challenge: all the different activities, meal ideas, exercises, food information, and other helpful suggestions.  I had several favorites, but really I just looked forward to seeing what the new challenge would be every morning.

I loved it, it was a daily motivational tool. So sad to see it end.

I agree with lillucky8. It was all great, but that particular post was my favorite. I also really like the one with the recipes.

I learned a lot of a new recipes and nutrition. Exercise isn't something new to me. I just get lazy. But needed more info about nutrition. Things to eat and snacks. Thanks for all of this!
