I enjoyed this challenge. I liked seeing the different recipes & work outs for specific target areas.. also, finding out that Cafemom has their own work out videos!

I enjoyed everyday of this weight loss mission. I would like to see some water aerobics the next time around. You are all my motivations and I appreciate all of you. I am now on the right track to healthy eating and living after dealing with depression, post partum depression, and depression eating. Lets keep up the good work.

These all were good topics. My favorite was the Cafe Mom Studio workouts. I would like to see more recipes I guess. I'm obsessed with food.

Thank you! Everything was very helpful, plus it got me introduced to this group, which is awesome. I learned a ton, loved the recipes! I am going to miss the daily motivation, but at least I still have this group!
