I loved the challenge. My favorite things were the recipes!! They are awesome!!! I would like to see a lot of the same things, but different that what these ones were.

The whole challenge was helpful. I found done helpful recipes and workouts through the challenge. Everyone was really positive also!

It was great! Kept me motivated, introduced different meals and exercises.  Thank you so much for starting off the New Year with this and getting my butt into gear :-)
