I enjoyed the fact that I knew a group of us were working on getting back in shape.  This was a great start to the new year.  I was a little frustrated that I was so big after Malachi was born and the weight wasn't "falling off", like it did with my DD.  I enjoyed most if the challenges, but really appreciated the 400 calorie meals.  Thank you Cafe MichelleP!  I feel like I have a great foundation to continue on to my goals.  Not only am I losing weight, I am getting back in shape!  Hooray!  I think it would be good to do before and after photos :-P!

I will miss the daily motivation, but my favorite was the healthy eating tips.

I have really enjoyed this.  What I particularly enjoyed were the meal and snack ideas... food is always my weakness even when I exercise well.

It was a great experience and everything was helpful. My favorite I would say we're the breakfast ideas. I hate breakfast and I followed some of the recipes making it easy!

I loved this challenge. My favorite part is all the recipes. I love baking and cooking, so no matter what I'm doing as far as diets or exercise, I can always make these. I also loved reading what othermoms were doing to get fit and feel better. It helped me keep motivated and it made me thankful for the modivation I have. I would love to see this type of challenge again around Thanksgiving lol I know I could use some healthier recipes then.
