The challenge was motivating and thought provoking! My favorites, also the most helpful were: Don't Forget to Snack, Superfood Your Way to a Super Body and Avoiding Belly Fat. I'd like to learn more about the nutritional value of foods, like the Superfood post. Since I have almost reached my target weight, I'd like to have a better understanding on the healthiest way to maintain it. A heathy weight maintain challenge?

 i felt like i had a supportive team to come and report to.  it felt nice knowing that i could share my triumphs or challenges with people trying the same thing.  my favorite was let the music play.

I liked it all exercise, workouts, food.  it was great hope you do it again.
