Well it's the last day of January sooo here comes February!
Track your minutes here! Feel free to set a 500 minute goal, or 2000! 1000 minutes breaks down to just 35 minutes per day
(which allows for rest days with higher activity minutes on other
days). 500 minutes would be about 35 minutes every other day.
Obviously
exercise counts (running, workout DVDs, lifting, elliptical, etc, etc,
etc), but you can decide what other stuff you include (going for walks,
heavy cleaning, gardening, etc, etc, etc). I'd probably count that
stuff btw.

with your fitness minutes. I usually reply daily with my minutes for
the day :)
Who is in this month? WE CAN DO IT! :0)
My goal for this month will be 1,680 minutes. That's 60 minutes of some kind of exercise for every day this month.
