My dental is going to be ongoing

My dental is going to be ongoing for about 6 mos. I went to the dentist this week. You know the drill shakes & soft mushy food the first 24 hrs and then gradually add more food texture.

I want to make some healthy food ahead. I feel like some of the food that I ate this week was not real healthy and what was --- was not much. I also found it hard to eat enough to stay healthy.

I had some "flat" soda, Greek yogurt, and re-fried beans/with cheddar&sour cream and a lot of water.

The next day, I had some cream of wheat, Vienna sausage, Greek yogurt, steamed fish & sweet potatoes. (I had the vienna sausage because everything else made me hungry for something salty.)

I'll probably get some vitamin water to drink instead of the flat soda.

What else could I do? I'm really hungry for a can of mushy asparagus ... is it healthy?

How about smoothies, pureed soups, puddings?

Those sound great. I had not thought about pudding.
