That's great! I'm trying to find people in my area to keep me motivated but it's hard when all my husband eats is junk food :(

That's how my husband was. But this year, he decided to jump on the band wagon to get healthy with me.  He has lost about ten pounds since January 1st and is more motivated than I am.  It's good to see him working so hard.  It helps to keep me going. :)

Things are going pretty well, I'm trying to eat healthier and cut out the midnight snacking.
My husband decides at 2 am that he's hungry and starts cooking, which makes me hungry! I've started a new rule in our house that he can't cook anything between 7 pm - 7 am. If he wants to snack, it can't be something I can smell. LOL

Lol I know how that is! My husband leaves for army training in one week and one day and will be gone for about 7 months. I'm taking this opportunity to do insanity, then maybe asylum and eat healthy. My husband can eat anything and not gain weight. He is 6'2.5" and 164lbs. I'm 5'4" and 143 :(

Hi there!

My husband is the same.  or was-he gained weight since we moved and he's hating himself.  So he's asked if I would go to the gym with him to help keep him motivated.

He's still a terrible night time snacker though.
