I wasn't that hungry never am in the mornings.So I just had a banana breakfast smoothie.

I had the better oats blueberry muffin oatmeal w/flaxseed and a cup of green tea with almond milk.

I was out n about so I grabbed a mcdonalds fruit n walnut oatmeal. Not the best oatmeal but better than a mcgriddle lol
