this morning when i was ready for my run it was -4 degrees. I can only run in the morning at 7 am on the weekdays. I am okay if it is like 15-20 degrees , but below zero.. Really? i need the excerise..
I do have a Nodric Track at home but i tryed that for 30 mintues and didn't earn any points. I can earn 3 points running 3 miles..
