I just bought 30 day shred today and I already have p90x. I can't decide which to do. I did one cycle of p90x already with ok results.

I hear rave reviews of 30 day shred and the same of p90x. Any recommendations? I'm also going to be running 3-4 days a week.

You do not need to be that coordinated to do 30 Day Shred. There is a girl that does the modified version of the workouts (easier) and then another that does the advanced. I don't think it hard but I stay with level one until I feel comfortable then move to level two. You should try it out. If you go to youtube and search for the BeFit Channel they have the level one workout up there so you could try it or at least see what it looks like.
