do work out ? and for how long ? i'm doing approx 2hrs a day sometimes more ~
It just depends on how the baby is being but I try for 3-4 days a week and I do about 25 minutes. I am using the Jillian Michael's 3- Day Shred which the workout is only about 25 minutes.
When I was losing weight it was 5-6 times a week 2-5 hours a day. Got off 100 pounds in 8 months.
Now I'm 8 months prego, and I think I'm lucky if I average 30 minutes a day. I'm trying, but it's getting a lot harder to move. We recently broke both our treadmills, and it's super icy outside, so that makes it hard to even go on a walk. Excuses, excuses right?
