do work out ? and for how long ? i'm doing approx 2hrs a day sometimes more ~
Anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the day. I work out most days.

I workout 6-7 days a week for about 2-3 hours.

I don't have time to exercise for as long as these ladies do, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. I work out 3 to 4 days a week, 15 to 20 minutes. I do intense exercises a few times a day: wind sprints, stair running, planks, burpees, etc., and if I DO get 30 minutes I'll follow an Insanity workout.
