do work out ? and for how long ? i'm doing approx 2hrs a day sometimes more ~

Anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the day.  I work out most days.

3-4 days a week. At the gym I do at least 40 mins, at home I do a 20 min DVD if I don't go to the gym. We started also walking 30 mins or so as a family.

I workout 6-7 days a week for about 2-3 hours.

While I was pregnant I was doing two hours a day plus full time work, now I do at least twenty minutes a day.

And I walk a half hour each day, at least.

Wow. You all motivate me!!! I just started on this but right now I do 4 days a week for1 hour. Mostly cardio with some weights. Two days a week Pilates. For about 20 min with core training.

I don't have time to exercise for as long as these ladies do, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.  I work out 3 to 4 days a week, 15 to 20 minutes.  I do intense exercises a few times a day:  wind sprints, stair running, planks, burpees, etc., and if I DO get 30 minutes I'll follow an Insanity workout.

About 30-60 minutes, 5 or 6 days a week. Depending on my work schedule!
